Endpoint Connect client disconnects randomly connecting successfully to VPN Gateway

Hi i have connected to checkpoint endpoint security i have installed the latest version but still when connected to vpn it reconnects randomly everytime

Follow this SK to collect the logs on the endpoint:

Replicate the issue, in collected logs, find "helpdesk.log" and look though it for reasons you are experiencing disconnects.

Do not forget to disable logging on the Endpoint VPN client.

@Vladimir  I found in the these below reasons in the helpdesk.log 

Tunnel (2) disconnected. State is connected. Trying to reconnect.
