I started a POC with Endpoint version 88.32.2003 and package version 88.62.2010, installed on Microsoft Windows Server 2019 Standard via RDP. After the installation of the endpoint package on the server, the server was rebooted. After the server was restarted, RDP and pings to the server was fine, and within minutes RDP and pings stopped working.
The deployment status for the last hour is “Downloading” and there is no deployment error code and description. There is no apparent indication in the Infinity Portal logs to show what is causing the RDP and pings to fail.
The policy mode is “Detect only”. Web Files Protection is “Detect”. Behavioral Protection is “Detect”. Analysis & Remediation was “Always and Never” and this didn’t make a difference for the RDP and pings.
I believe the next step is to go on premise to examine the endpoint logs on the server, but any other ideas are welcome.
Might there be anything I'm missing?
