Downgrade

Hi

We updated to endpoint 84.20 but have problems with vpn being disconnected when windows become idle, screen saver.

now we need to go back to 83.30, what’s the best way?

Hi,

E84.20 has this problem and we've fixed it for the next release. Planning release date for E84.30 is 9 December 2020.

Also you can request fixed E84.20 version from the support for updating on it.

Downgrade is not possible in automatic way. You need manually remove installed version.

Hi,

unfortunately we're having the same issue after updating from 84.10.5530 to 84.20.6108. As soon as we hit the lock screen timeout or manually lock the workstation via Win+L the VPN connection disconnects 😞
