Doesn't download files properly

Hello, 

For some reason when I try to download a file (either .doc, .ppt, .pdf) it just downloads as .file and I can't open it. Can you help me solve this problem?

Could you please share additional information such as which browser, which Endpoint version, and what Endpoint "blades" are enabled?
