Hi,
I have a demo environment with Capsule DOC. Office documents works fine but when i try to protect PDF files, the Adobe reader app don´t have the option for encrypt the file with Capsule DOC.
The Adobe version is the 2020.0012.
Is it a normal? or It is incompatible?
Thank you so much!!
I believe that version of Adobe Reader is not compatible.
At least I recall that being the case.
Hi,
OK, thank you for your response!!
Best regards
One way of bypassing this limitation is to encrypt it clicking with the right button of the mouse over the file in windows explorer and choosing the option "Protect with Capsule Docs", as seen in the picture attached. Then, to open the file, you need to install the "Capsule Docs Viewer" (the link will appear in the adobe when you try to open the protected file).
