Cannot install new Endpoint

I used 87.00 version before, and already installed a lot Endpoints. But when I tried to install new Endpoint recently, always displaying "Trying to connect...," after that I upgraded the version to 87.52, but problem persist. Attached two screen capture here. 

The connectivity test result is run from "C:\Program Files (x86)\CheckPoint\Endpoint Security Agent\Endpoint Common\bin\CheckConnectivity.exe"

If status.checkpoint.com isn't reporting issues and the problem persists even after testing e87.62 on a singular machine you will likely have to gather a cpinfo from the client and consult TAC to troubleshoot further.
