Cannot download endpoint client package

After having activated the Endpoint blade on my SMS, I proceed to downloading the endpoint client package but it seems to load forever without the download process ever coming to an end (a screenshot has been attached).

There is nothing wrong with my internet connection and the eval license has been attached to the device.

Has anybody seen this before?

Many thanks in advance.

Check the firewall settings. may it is unable to connect to server to download the packages
