Hi,
in all of my Dell Optiplex AIO 5400 I'm faceing BSOD after inserting a SD card into a Realtek reader. When I uninstall CP Harmony Windows starts to read the SD card normaly. I've updete the driver form Dell and updete CP from 88.50 to 88.72 and sill no luck.
Brand of Card Reader: Realtek
PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_525A&SUBSYS_0B171028&REV_01
driver version: 10.0.26100.21374
Does anybody have that kind of issue?
Have you engaged TAC here?
Sorry I don't understand the question.
Have you logged a ticket with support to investigate the issue?
Yes. I did.
Any solution?
I'm having the same problem.
You could test version 89.05.50.18. Use the WINDbG tool on the file generated by BSDO to check which blade is experiencing this issue. Windows generates a file with the .dmp extension.
The image above is what happened to me.
