Application error with EFR

Hello

 

In one machine when i run a specific file and check that this program didnt work i can check the windows event logs in application and see the error from the image, i has the same application in differentes machine and only in this one i received this error, the applcation is alredy exclused in their correct politics.

 

Can you help me
