Any desk Application Getting Quarantine from Harmony End Point.

 

After the downloading  Anydesk Application it's Quarantine from the Endpoint harmony.

how to exclude anydesk from quarantine.

I went through this with TAC, we found a way to whitelist the application. I had to add exclusion for Forensics Monitoring with Certificate exclusion and value "AnyDesk Software GmbH", 

After that, we haven't had any complaints.

Make a service ticket (TAC), more tickets will be open, more likely this false postive issue will be solved.

Hi Dinusha, did you manage to get a solution for this? Tried a few exceptions without success

The exception should work. Go to LOGs and find the "critical" log where Anydesk is recognized as malware, right click on the log entry and create a exception from there. Works perfectly.
