Anti Malware is off

Why is my anti-malware turned off unless I scan. Threat Prevention is always on. My license is still valid. How do i fix this.

Check in SmartEndpoint client or Harmony Endpoint Web UI if Anti-Malware blade is enabled:

If you are using the cloud solution, check on portal.checkpoint.com if you have in the policy tab - Deployment policy - Software Deployment -  Anti-Malware (under Threat Prevention) must be checkedcheckpint-deploy.png
