Anti Malware and Port Protection blade stuck on initializing or not running

I have about 20 clients that have issues with these two blades

 

Either the blade is in a "Not running" state or staying on "Initializing" before going back to "Not running"

 

Most of the clients are on Win7 but I also do have some cases on Win10

The endpoint version is E86.40

Already tried to reboot and reinstall but the issue seems to persist 

 

Has anyone run into the same issue?
