Why email journaling is used

Each and every emails of the organization is forward to checkpoint cloud email  like below sample:

Message was journaled. Journal report was sent to abcl@abc-mail.checkpointcloudsec.com.

It seems checkpoint has access to the full mailbox access and it is against out company's rule and regulation.

How we can stop it  or any other alternative?
