Threat extraction message and attachments remove review text
Hi all,
i use Harmony Email and Collaboration with my O365 account. It disturbs me that every mail with attachment will be checked and delivered with the following information:
###########
Your attachment(s) were cleaned by Check Point Sandblast Threat Extraction.
Click here to restore the original(s) or contact your system administrator.
You may be required to authenticate, in that case follow these instructions:
1. You will be directed to a page where you would be requested to specify your email address.
2. An email with verification code will be sent to you.
3. Copy the code and return to the attachment recovery page.
4. The email with original attachments will be released to your mailbox.
Please exercise discretion when requesting to release suspicious attachments.
###########
How can i configure that emails which is clean will be forwarded without this text?
Its okay that my mails and attachments will be checked but every mail with attachments get this text and the files also add an prefix with "threat..."
I do not want that. How can I configure it?
Thanks
Rafael

Still in 2024 this experience is too harrowing for the end user for us to apply it to all attachments. We are limiting it to attachments where macros may be involved.

When you specify only certain file types, does it resolve the issue?
