Hello,
CGS does not scan any file in a users' local folder as they are not visible to us.CGS can only scan the files once they are uploaded to the cloud environment. I hope this helps.
Best regards,

Hi Abigael,
I do understand that. But however most of the users they use only the dropbox folder or one drive folder in their machine itself. How can we protect those files ?

This should be handled on the machine itself, through other protections installed such as EndPoint.
Thanks,
Abigael
