Password Protected Attachments issue

Hi Team,

I encountered an issue after turning on the 'Password Protected Attachments' feature. The user is unable to enter the password to release the attachment from HEC. Please refer to the screenshot below. However, this email and attachment are more than 14 days old. I am not sure if this is the reason why the user cannot release it. If so, how can the admin release this attachment to the user?
