Microsoft quarantine emails not seen by Check Point

Yesterday we had an 18-hour window where emails that got quarantined by Microsoft were not registered by Check Point at all. We only found out by accident, when a C-level was unable to find an email that he was expecting, and there was nothing in the Check Point quarantine. Obviously, we've raised a High priority ticket with support - curious whether anyone else is seeing this.
