Harmony dashboard says email was delivered to junk, but it's in the main inbox

Hi all,

I've got my policy set to send suspected spam to the junk folder, but I'm seeing the emails in the Inbox.

Is there another setting I need to enable?  I was under the impression that it was headers, SCL etc that told Outlook to send a message to junk or not.

Anything I can do?

Regards

We are seeing this as well, working with support to figure it out.

YMMV, but in our case we found the end users' Safe Senders list in Exchange to be the culprit. Any sender or domain listed there will be SCL-ed as -1 and delivered to inbox, and HEC appears unable to override or even detect this. Not sure what is the best way to deal with this, for now we have just updated the Quarantine report email template to read "Emails detected as Spam or Marketing. Usually redirected to your Junk folder unless included in your Outlook Safe Senders list."

Thanks - I'll wait until I see another example of this and report it to support.  Avanan should know where an email is.  They have the API access to query where the email sits.
