Harmony Email and Collaboration - Suspicious Login

Hi all,

I recently linked a Gmail domain to Harmony Email.  I am now receiving suspicious login alert emails stating that the login attempts made by the auto generated cloud-sev-av user account are being blocked.  I also do not have an inbound gateway and SMTP relay service created because of this, at least I think.  

Am I missing a step somewhere?  Do I need to do something in Google Workspace to allow this login?
