Fault detection rate for Harmony email and collaboration
Hi team,
some of the concerns for me.
1) What is the fault detection rate that documented for this product?
2) What would happen if the files detected during our saving or uploading process, what will happen? Is that quarantined or deleted? If quarantined, where does it store?
3) What happen to files already stored in OneDrive or SharePoint, will it scan through?
4) Any delayed if we open the file from SharePoint or OneDrive?

Leveraging CDR the solution is designed to have minimal recipient impact whilst our AI powered engines including SmartPhish significantly improve catch rate (Up to 99.2% reduction in phishing emails).
You can set the desired SmartPhish (Anti-Phishing) engine confidence level. The higher the confidence level, the less detections and less false-positives.
The "Backward scanning" duration (default 14-days*) depends on the SaaS application, refer:
