CME Will Not Start
For some reason, my CME will not start. I am getting the following error:
Failed to load configuration (2)
failed to run /opt/CPcme/tools//protect.sh: 1
bad decrypt
4149405380:error:06065064:digital envelope routines:EVP_DecryptFinal_ex:bad decrypt:evp_enc.c:563:
bad decrypt
4149225156:error:06065064:digital envelope routines:EVP_DecryptFinal_ex:bad decrypt:evp_enc.c:563:
/opt/CPcme/tools//protect.sh: failed to find '__protected__autoprovision/controllers/417A757265504F43/credentials/client_secret'
It looks to have auto updated to take 222 which may have broken it. Is there a way to uninstall it, downgrade it, etc. Thanks.

In case anyone runs into this, I was able to get it resolved with the help of support.
1. downgraded the CME to 219 - autoupdatercli revert CME
2. backed up $FWDIR/conf/autoprovision.json
3. removed $FWDIR/conf/autoprovision.json
4. removed $FWDIR/conf/cloud.dat
5. ran autoprov_cfg init again
I have not attempted the upgrade back to cme 222. will wait till it settles.

Hi erokman,
We recently found an issue in take 222 that can cause the symptoms that you saw.
A fix for it will released in the upcoming days. The fix will prevent from such issues to happen.
If they do happen, the instructions that support gave are accurate.
Regards,
Roy
