Azure Cloudguard VMSS licensing distribution pool
We have a VMSS cluster deployed in Azure with 2 Cloudguard gateway using each 4 CPU cores, total 8, currently in license distribution status we see a total of 6 seats and the status is -2 seats, is this a problem meaning do we need 2 more for 2 additional cores?
We actually see an trial error on CPUSE second gateway perhaps it is caused by this, could someone confirm please?

Your license is 8 cores?
If yes the pool size should be sufficient if the VMSS is set to prevent it from scaling out beyond two gateways?
If your license is only 6 and you are using 8, more seat licenses are required.

Hi Chris we acquired 2 additional seats and I have added them to the vsec_lic_cli tool but now i see two license pools 1 VE-NGTP(default) with available quota -2 (6 in use) and 2 VE-FIREWALL with 2 available seats. How do i merge both so they can be used on the same gateways in Azure?

Are the license types that you aquired the same?
Suggest inquiring with account services to discuss the options here depending on the SKUs involved.
