harmony consumption by API

How are you all doing? This is my the firt time asking a question. My question is if there is a possibilities to create and populate a Virtual Group or if there is a possibility populate the group in Harmony using API.

There are a set of Organizational Structure APIs including a virtual-group endpoint outlined in the documentation here:

To confirm applicability how do your manage your Endpoint deployment currently on-prem or cloud?
