Running Task Concurrently to Verify Policy

I am trying to run a task concurrently in 5 different domains to Verify Access Policy,

- Domain A

- Domain B

- Domain C

- Domain D

- Domain E

I set Async = 45 (secs)

Poll = 0

The playbook runs locally across all the domains and shows status is ok. On Smart console checkpoint it doesn't verify any policy. Please what I'm I doing wrong?

What precise steps did you take and what were the precise results?
