Adding administrator not shown in revisions

I'm using cp_mgmt_administrator to create an administrator for the Smart Console via Ansible on R81.10.

This works fine, but I don't see it reflected in the Sessions > Revisions list.

If I do this manually, I do see it in there.

If I add an object or rule with Ansible then I also see it at Sessions > Revisions.

Is this expected behaviour?

Can I do something to get it logged there?

To me, it sounds like a bug and you should engage the TAC to investigate.
When you use cp_mgmt_administrator to create an administrator, do you see evidence show up in $FWDIR/log/api.elg?
