This is the first time posting here and running into an issue that doesn't seem to be known from what I can tell.
Running Version

GaiaOS R81.10 - Check Point CloudGuard (AWS)
We are finalising some integration documentation at the moment, and are trying to view the CLI commands for "vpn shell" so that we can modify the routed mode topology settings.
When running either in cli or expert mode it currently returns the below:
Could not load database. Please make sure policy was installed
Has anyone encountered this before?
