Generally, yes.
At a high-level, you'd either have to modify the relevant network/host object (if automatic NAT) or the relevant NAT rule (for manual NAT).

fw unloadlocal unloads the entire security policy from the gateway, which includes the NAT configuration.
This can have obvious security implications.
