ETA for a final fix for sk184838?

Hello,

we encounter the issue described in sk184838 (Gaia API run-script fails with HTTP 500 on Security Gateways when executed by AAA (RADIUS/TACACS) users). Does anybody knows, if it is worth to wait for the final fix of the GAIA API server or if we really should go down the path and ask for a fixed version package, which we manually need to install on all our gateways?

thanks for fast reply - I know that the SK suggest to contact the support, my question was more about if it is worth to wait for a final fixed version (current released version is v1.9 build 83, the fixed one is v1.9 build 84).

It is up to you. There is no commitment to the fixed API version release date.
