Dynamic Object Update/Scheduler Script

This is a script solution following on the heels of  CP Dynamic Block Lists maintained by Daniel Husand.

Employing Dynamic Objects this script enables an admin to schedule updates of address feeds.

These feeds can be pulled from either a local file or a URL. But are not limited - simply require a text file of IP Addresses. 

The admin can tailor enforcement within the policy and upon update enforcement is immediate - no policy push.
