Dynamic IPV4 assigment for new Domain

Hello All,

can somebody tell me if is possible to create a new domian and let the MDMS assign first available IP from the range which is configured for the CMAs?
secondly can somebody send me a link or give me an advice how to set add-trusted-client attribute?Is there any document which is detailed describing the API commands with all possible parameters?

I did not find it.
