Check Point Smart 1 Cloud- show-packages fails with limit/offset.

Hi Community,

We are facing an issue with Check Point Smart 1 Cloud API while calling show-packages.

We have 100+ policy packages, but the API returns only 50 packages by default.

Without limit/offset, it works fine: (but only i can get 50 packages)

"details-level": "full"

But when we use pagination, it fails with 504 Gateway Timeout:

"limit": 50,
"offset": 50,
"details-level": "full"

We need details-level=full because we require fields like installation-targets to map packages with access-layers and fetch rule bases for a specific gateway.

Can anyone advise:

• Why limit/offset causes timeout?

• Is this a known issue in Cloud 1?

• Any workaround or best practice to fetch all packages reliably?

I would try this with a smaller limit (say, 20).
Having said that, it also sounds like a bug that should be addressed through TAC.
