Smart Event Reports with old logs

Hello,

Has anyone come accross to the need to create reports with old logs?.

The issue I'm having is that recently enable Smart Event on my SMS specifically 10 days ago but I want to be able to create reports of the past the 3 months.

So far I've done reindexing for the past 180 days as well offline jobs but still can't see the report.

So I wanted to know if anyone has done something similar.

Did you use the process from sk111766 or something else?

As long as you can actually view those indexed logs, generating a report should not be an issue, if the logs are not actually indexed the logs won't appear in the report.
nothing else special is needed to be done.

Just first validate you can query/search for the logs without using the log file.
