Unable to schedule re-certification at Pearson Vue

Hi Guys,

My CCSA and CCSE R77 certs are expired. I went on to pearson vue to schedule a retake and was met by the following message:

In my usercenter, it shows that my certs are expired:

I opened a chat with Check Point account services and they informed me that they've never seen this issue before, and suggested that it was an issue on the Pearson Vue side.

I opened a chat with Pearson Vue support and they informed me that this is the policy of Check Point and they cannot help me further.

I need to recertify in a very short timeline and prepping for R80 would take more time than I have to spare. Has anyone else experienced this? And is there any solution which doesn't require me to do an R80 exam?

Everything is correct.

Check Point does not allow exams to be taken again anymore after you passed them (see Check Point's Retake Policy).

You could try the CCSM R77 or continue with the CCSE R80 Update exam.
