Unable To See CCSA Certificate associated with my account

Hi Team,

I have given CCSA exam on 29th September 2018, however still i haven't received my Certificate. In my Checkpoint Account, it's showing me that "According to our records, no certification information was found for". Please, let me know what should I do? to have my certificate ASAP. I have appeared exam through Pearson Vue. I do have Score Report with me let me know if i need to share it with you.
