Jump start Badges

Hi,

i passed a couple of jump start tests like the Maestro jump start but i did not receive any batch. Since it is a pearson vue test i am sure that my accounts are mapped and my email is correct. My recent passed CCSE was working fine, i got the batch just one week later. So whats going on? Can i open a ticket "somewhere"?
