I passed the exam 5 days ago but still haven't taken my certificate yet. I am upset
[EDIT] Correction:
Try these:

When you booked your exam with PearsonVUE you had to select "I understand" to the part where you were informed that a UC was required before attempting the exam (please see attached), and your email address should be the same in PearsonVUE and the Check Point User Center.
From what I understand, it can take a couple weeks for the certification to show up in your UserCenter account.
Im sure @Jason_Tugwell can help. Just respond with what is the cert you got and the date.
Andy
Certifications are generally added within 24-48 hours.
Our system tried to add the certificate on the day you passed the exam but you did not have a User Center account created and the upload failed.
Please contact our Account Services team to have your CCSA created.
Regards,
Jason
Hey Tug,
Do you mind if I email you directly? Just need to check something for 2 certs my colleague passed recently (about a month ago), but supposedly, they dont show up on CP's end for our company.
Thanks brother @Jason_Tugwell
Andy

You are 100% correct. I was just about to say the same thing.
Andy
Thanks for the links, Don!
I appreciate you sharing the screenshot too, because it is frequently ignored.
We have recently added this new notification as soon as you select an exam:
We hope it helps prevent cases like these.
Thanks
Tug
But after that i fixed everything. I confirmed my user center account. I still haven't got my certificate. This is so weird feeling to wait. You have already passed the test but you can't get your well earned and deserved certificate. I hoped great service from Checkpoint
Please now can you tell me how i can receive my well deserved certificate. You showing me my mistake again and again which is in the past and none of us can change it. Better help me is there any way to get certificate. I don't think it's impossible after one mistake.
I think you may need to sort that out with Pearson Vue if email was indeed different than your UC one.
Andy
One thing you can try is call Pearson Vue and see if they can confirm what is the email on their end that was registered (for the lack of the better term) for the exam you took.
