CCTE 156-585 > 156-586 IS the Kortext 585 Material Still Valid?

As per title I attended and passed the 156-585 CCTE Training + exam some time ago.

Its time to renew and its now been updated to 156-586.

 

Is there a significant difference between the Kortext 156-585 > 156-586 Material?

Did you find a big difference between 156-585 and 156-586 exams? i am in the same situation and was wondering abour this.
