CCSM Certificate

I have a question about the certification side, 
 
I have a valid CCSE R80 which expire in 2024, 
 
I have passed CCES & CCTE (both specialist exam) and  have received certificate of both in user center however I have not received CCSM certificate or email confirm that I have been awarded!!!
 
can someone please help or let me have email for CP education department

Did you pass the other exams after CCSE?

Hi Yes, as previosuly said I have passed CCES in June 2022 & CCTE thisd month 13th Sep (both specialist exam), 

I am guessing the issue is I have personal account which is the same as Pearsonvue email used to book exam, however my CCSE is attached/trasnfered to office email usercentre. 

 

I can see on usercentre with my personal both CCES and CCTE and old CCSE (expired) however valid CCSE is not there which i beleive is the issue as it was moved/transfered to my office account where i can see that as valid certification.......

Account Services should be able to assist with moving the certifications.

Thanks Chris, I have manage to contact someone internaly in CP, they are now in process to consolidate my certificatiosn to 1 account.

I believe this is a case of email accounts in Pearson Vue not matching the User Center.

Email me the details and we can make the adjustments.
