Last Saturday(21 November 2020), I passed CCSA exam, but I only received score report from pearson. I didn't receive certificate or badge yet, plz kindly consider my request.

It usually takes 3 to 4 weeks to process the results and to issue certs and badges. If you are using the same email address for both UserCetner account and PearsonVue, your certificate will appear in you UC after that time. Just be patient.
