CCSA Certification is not appearing in UserCenter Account

Hello Mates,

I hope you're all doing well.

My question is about CCSA Certificate. Is it normal to not have my certitifaction in my UserCenter account " The same e-mail address of my PersonVue account", knowing that I successfully passed the exam 29/11/2022 ?

My certifications area in UserCenter is showing the following message: According to our records, no certification information was found for odafiri@munisys.net.ma

Thanks in advance.

Regards,

DAFIRI Omar

I believe it normally takes up to three weeks for the certificate to appear. However, considering recent holidays, there might be a slight additional delay.

Since @Jason_Tugwell is already tagged, let's wait till he replies to clarify.

I believe because of holidays, it took more than 4 weeks to appear in my account. I appreciate your help.

@OmarDafiri

Thanks for reaching out.

This issue was because when you passed the exam, you did not have a User Center account.  We attempted to upload the certificate on 11/30, but it failed for this reason.

I'm glad it is resolved.

Regards,

Jason

Hi Omar,

Just for context, it also sometimes depends on the exam itself. I did CCTA exam on December 28th at 4 pm EST and when I woke up December 29th, it was already there, so it took around 16 hours to update. Maybe for CCSA and CCSE, it takes a bit longer, but as the guys said, it definitely could have been due to the holiday season.

Congrats on passing the exam and happy New Year!

Andy
