TE appliance - Source username missing

Hi Community,

I recently deployed a standalone TE appliance (Running R81.10, so is our Provider1 running the CMA for the device) as an ICAP server for our proxies. It’s working as expected, except that I don’t see the username in the logs, the field is empty:

The strange thing is, I get them on the server.log file in CLI and in a wirehsark capture taken on the TE appliance:

Do you know what could be the issue here ? It’s not a big deal, with the IP address we can easily find the users concerned but it would be easier for our SOC if the username was already on the logs.

Thanks for your help.

Check if your admin profile has "Show Identities by default" marked.

Hi Val,

Thanks for your answer. My account uses the predefined Multi-Domain Superuser Profile. I can't edit it but I guess it as the permission to display the identities. I tried using a custom profile where I enabled the Show Identities by default but I still have the issue.

I see. I would advise raising this with TAC, so an expert could take a look.
