Check Point Threat Extraction Secured This Document

Hi All,

I am current running on R81.10 and have Threat Extraction enabled however I am now experiencing anomalies when downloading a PDF file. All files have "Check Point Threat Extraction Secured This Document Get Original"  printed on it.

Salom

Additional to this sk142852, the below parameters need to be set to 0. This resolved my issue.

:additional_settings (
:enable_clean_document_debug (0)
:enable_watermarking (0)
:send_original_file_on_watermark_error (0)
:watermark_types (
)

Salom

Would suggest raising a case with TAC support in that case. https://help.checkpoint.com/

But to clarify is the anomaly the banner or something else about the document?

When printing a pdf file, it shows that check point TE as well.

Short term "Get Original" should help overcome that element until the issue is resolved.
