terminal server agent sometimes write authenticating .

hello,

i  have windows  terminal servers, where I’ve  installed terminal server agent  (controler) , Sometimes the controller hangs and writes  “authenticating” ,  when I click repair  connection button, then  it  works.  
here is  screenshot , but  in screenshot  it is connected. 

how to solve this problem ?
