ioc_feeds No JSON object could be decoded

hello, 

has anyone run into this error when trying to run the ioc_feeds command ?

[Expert@gateway-sec:0]# ioc_feeds show
No JSON object could be decoded

I think, somehow I manage to break it.

Any advice on how to fix this would be appreciated.
