Hello All

I am facing issue in Identity Awareness and captive portal regarding guest access with just information provided by guest and allowing internet access for limited periods of time. Everything work fine, i can register guest but i can able to browser internet after that, new tab will loop in captive portal mgmt ip address. between network access login and network access granted. It reload automatically between two.

What version/JHF?
Why are you using Windows 7 to browse the Internet, which is very end of support?
Can you repeat the issue with a user running Windows 10/11?
