Unable to Access Virtual IP Addresses Externally

Hi,

Here We have CP 23500 box. There are 12 External links (Including iLL) directly connected to the firewall. We have configured static NAT for internal services using those public ip addresses including configured interface ip addresses.

When user try to access our services externally, they will be able to access the service only natted to the interfaces. Unable to access virtual ip addresses. We have already checked using tcpdump and there is no any logs to the virtual ip addresses.

ISP also informed that, they can see only interfaces mac addresses only.

We have put proxy arp also. Need some comments to resolve the same.

A network diagram would be helpful.
Are you using automatic NAT rules or manual ones?
Are the virtual IPs on the same subnet as your external interface IP?
The more details you can provide on the configuration, the more likely we’ll be able to help.
