RJ45 Pin assignments still the same as Nokia?

I'm trying to connect several Check Point appliances with a 19" serial terminal console server.
Both have RJ45 ports, so I need to craft custom cables. Therefore I need to know the exact RJ45 Pin assignments.

I already found these for Maestro MHO-140 appliances:

and for old Nokia IP390 appliances

I didn't find these for 15600 / 16600 appliances. Are these still the same as Nokia?

In my experience, standard Cisco cables always worked.

I second what @_Val_ said...my experience was such as well.

Thanks. You mean these:

Ok, will try. In my experience it depends on the Pin-out settings of the serial terminal console server.

I'm using a 19" Perle STS8. (Pin-out overview)

The sky-blue Cisco console cables were what I called a "rollover" cable, and matches the pinout diagram you provided.

On our digiport servers in our lab environment I have RJ45 pin-out, using normal lan kabels I go over distance, than have a RJ45 to DB9 connector which then connects using the cables delivered with the appliances (or blue cisco cables).

Thanks for the info. I ordered Cisco rollover cables from Amazon and will let you know, if they work for us with Maestro.

The Cisco rollover cables didn't work with my Perle STS8.
I ordered a couple these Cisco crossover adapters, which worked well together with standard RJ45 patch cables.
