R81.10 Upgrade Tools

Dell Poweredge R650 with a PERC H755 raid controller and is not supported in the R81.10. I believe there is a R81.20.early release which may support it. Does anyone know if it is possible to  get access to this ?

As the others have said until it's documented on this list (HCL) it isn't supported for production use:

Why do you believe that there is a R81.20 ea release ? If CP had a Dell Poweredge R650 with a PERC H755 raid controller for testing, would they use the latest beta or the latest current version ?

As you can download and test R81.20 EA, testing is possible - or ask your local CP SE about future hardware support...

Any public EA version can be found on https://usercenter.checkpoint.com/usercenter/portal/media-type/html/role/usercenterUser/page/default...

Login on you User Center ==> CUSTOMER ACQUISITIONS ==> Early Availability Programs

However I would advise to contact your SE to get details about new hardware support.

As R81.20 includes a newer version of the Linux kernel (it's still 3.10, but it's a newer version from the upstream RHEL), it's entirely possible it will also support newer hardware as a result.
You can try the public EA that others have pointed you at and see if it works.

Generally, requests to support new Open Server hardware are treated as RFEs that need to go through your Check Point SE.
