How are the following things configured in Device > Network > Internet?

  • On the Internet Connections themselves (The Internet Connection(s) > Edit > Connection Monitoring)
  • In the Configure Monitoring link

Note that you may want to adjust these thresholds based on your environment.

You missed one of the pieces of information I asked for.
Here's where to find it with a screenshot:

The defaults for this look something like:

If you have sensitive data here (i.e. the specific hosts), mask that before posting.
If it looks like the above, you might want to adjust this based on your specific needs.

I didn't change any configurations here. It's like bellow :

The reason given in the logs for the WAN failover is "high latency."
You may, therefore, wish to adjust this setting higher so it doesn't fail over.
Or change the probing hosts to something on the ISP itself (versus these public DNS servers).

What "Probing settings" are configured?

If DNS server ping is selected for example via which link/s are those reachable...

The head office side DNS Server is Reachable, the Head office side AD is also Reachable & Voice is also working from the head office side PABX Issue is from time to time Voice is not working.
