One particular site is not accessing through the firewall

Hi Friends,

I'm facing issue on my environment that I can't able to access one particular site through the checkpoint firewall

policy action allowed and that particular site accessing Telnet but DNS not resolving, It shows some other domain if I command nslookup.

All latest upgrades are done on the Firewall sides is in cluster mode

Which version/JHF is the Gateway deployed with and what blades are enabled?

Are you able to share the domain name / site in question along with a redacted log card?

Are the end users and gateway referencing the same DNS servers?
